These individuals have reportedly forged company seals, published false online articles, and created LINE groups to solicit investments from the public under the guise of the Company. We hereby solemnly declare that such actions are in no way affiliated with Everbright Biofund, nor are they authorized by the Company or its personnel.

The Company has never authorized, nor will it ever permit, any employee to operate investment-related activities through personal social media or messaging platforms such as LINE, Facebook, or Telegram. This includes creating investment groups, collecting membership fees, distributing misleading investment information, or requesting wire transfers under false pretenses.

We emphasize that these activities are fraudulent and illegal. Legal actions, including criminal complaints, have already been initiated against the perpetrators. We strongly urge the public not to open or click on suspicious links, SMS messages, or emails falsely claiming to be from Everbright Biofund. Please do not join unofficial groups on LINE, Facebook, or Telegram bearing our name, and never provide your personal information or transfer funds to any unauthorized party claiming to represent the Company.

If you receive any suspicious messages or investment solicitations claiming to be from Everbright Biofund, please contact the Taiwan Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165, or report to your local police station immediately to avoid falling victim to fraud.
